Over the past 30 years, Andrew Jolliffe has been at the helm of some of Australia’s most high profile and high performing hospitality and gaming indexed property businesses. During this time, Andrew occupied numerous Senior Executive roles, including General Manager of the successful Palace Leisure Group (PLG), Managing Director of Grant Samuel Private Equity Hospitality Fund and Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of ASX listed hotel and gaming company National, Leisure and Gaming Limited.

Prior to launching HTL Property, Andrew owned and operated the market leading hospitality property business within the Ray White Group; Australasia’s largest Real Estate company.

Throughout Andrew’s more than three decades in the hotels, tourism and leisure asset industry, he has developed a reputation for being a skilled operator, negotiator and business professional; enjoying an unparalleled personal database of industry colleagues which now transcends the banking, broking, valuation, operation, legislative, family office, legal and private equity sectors of the hospitality, leisure and tourism industry.

Andrew’s transition into the professional real estate services sector has been exceptional, having been engaged as trusted advisor and curator of a market leading number of high profile single asset and portfolio transactions.
